Bruce along with his wife Christina co-founded MasterMind in 1984. When the Company was incorporated in 1987, Bruce became its first President. Bruce's current responsibilities include accounting, Operations, and field studies. Bruce is also responsible for designing and installing the patented vehicular computer systems used by MasterMind. Bruce holds Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Industrial Engineering. Prior to founding MasterMind, Bruce worked in the following positions:

• Electronics Systems Engineer : Newport News Shipbuilding & Dry-dock Company, Newport News, Virginia
• Instrumentation & Controls Engineer : Toledo Edison - Davis Besse Nuclear Power Station, Oak Harbor, Ohio
• Controls Engineer : Whirlpool Corporation, Clyde, Ohio

Christina's current responsibilities include bookkeeping, corporate records, marketing, and sales. Christina is also the corporate safety, health, and personnel coordinator. Christina, who is the creator of the name MasterMind, is a Registered Nurse. She has worked for numerous hospitals and doctors in Ohio and Virginia. Christina brings a multitude of experience to the Company.

Andy has been with the company since 2001. He is currently responsible for overseeing all study information from field to customer. Andy is also responsible for all office systems, operations, marketing, sales and technical support. He created and maintains the company internet web site. Andy has a degree in Computer Science.

Nick has been with the company since 1986. He is currently responsible for the design and creation of all MasterMind® software products. Nick has a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Analysis from Ohio State University.

Bekki's responsibilities cover grooming and analyzing all data collected by the road technicians for the guardrail, no passing zone, and speed zone studies. She checks all data against job specifications to be sure there are no errors and prepares the final product for delivery to the customer. Bekki has been with the Company since 1995.
