This study utilizes trained specialists and our own RoadMasterTM Inventory Road software. This ensures all information is concise and uniform throughout the study. Each route is driven and all R-O-W hazard issues are inventoried. Work is recommended to correct the problem. The crew performs the analysis within a specified clear zone which identifies possible guiderail installations as well as needed clear zone maintenance items. This study can be customized by the agency to rule in/out certain hazardous conditions.
Study results can be incorporated into the RailMaster 6TM Guardrail / Right-of-Way Maintenance module of our Traffic Safety SuiteTM software. All reports are designed for easy comprehension. Detailed work reports can be utilized by field personnel for immediate maintenance needs. Summary reports provide accurate "big picture" projections. Your agency personnel can then utilize summary information to put together a comprehensive guardrail plan that balances need versus fiscal constraints. This information, coupled with a long term prioritized maintenance effort, ensures the best possible service to constituents in the most cost effective manner. Agency and managerial liability exposure is significantly reduced.

This inventory can be quoted to include a copy of the MasterMind® RailMaster 6TM Guardrail module for our Traffic Safety SuiteTM software. All information will be loaded into the software for you. Inspection records are created for each road showing the date of the inspection and whether work is needed. Work orders will also be created when needed - ready for you to prioritize work and schedule maintenance crews.
